We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months from the date of your last interaction with us. After that period, your data is securely deleted. If an enquiry leads to a client relationship, we retain relevant records for the duration of that relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically 6 years) for legal and accounting purposes.

Your data may be processed by our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) as part of the infrastructure that stores and transmits it, but it is not accessed or used by them for any other purpose.
